• Hey guys.

I received an alert from Google Search Console yesterday about breadcrumb errors on my site. I sought help on the Yoast forum. However, based on the advise of the support personnel there, I switched my site’s theme to Twenty Nineteen – and all the errors disappeared when I ran tests on Google’s Structured Data Testing tool.

The issue is likely related to this:

“The ‘BreadcrumbList’ section is added within the content area which is added by your theme or another plugin. This section is missing an ID which is likely causing the errors in Google Search Console.

Please report the issue to the theme or plugin that adds the additional ‘BreadcrumbList’ section to either find out how to disable their schema (as Yoast SEO is outputting valid ‘BreadcrumbList’ within the main section) or to correct their schema output.”

    Can you please advise?

    Hey guys.

Just received another notification from Google relating to mobile Usability issues

“Search Console has identified that your site is affected by 2 Mobile Usability issues:

    Top Issues

The following issues were found on your site:

    Text too small to read

    Clickable elements too close together”

Not sure if you guys have seen my thread, but I will have to try out new themes now since my ranking might tank if I wait any longer.

    Hello @magicbus,
We are very sorry for the late response, as we can see that you have configured breadcrumb from third party plugins, would you please confirm if you have contacted their support for the proper setup?

While talking about, “Text too small to read” and “Clickable elements too close together”, would it be possible to come up with the site link and screenshots so that we could help you in a particular way?

    Best regards
