Google Error 400 : Missing refresh token

    After the initial token expires after login. Subsequent logins will result in the error below:

    Oops, we ran into an issue! Unable to refresh the access token. HTTP error 400. Raw Provider API response: { 
"error": "invalid_request", 
"error_description": "Missing required parameter: refresh_token"
}

    I have tried removing and purging any caching, cdn and the like. But it seems to still occur.
