Google Drive need to enable DRIVE API

Hi,
I wish to report a possible typo error in the plugin installation instructions.
The last line of the Google Drive Instruction says: Make sure you enable Picker API.
But, it should be Make sure you enable Drive API.
I tried enabling only the Picker API from my googe console and I receive an error when trying to download files from my google drive.
Is this a typo error, or am I missing something?

Another possible warning That I wish to report is that with the 1.10.14 version of the plugin, the Redirect URL of the Google Drive Plugin Settings tab has changed,
from index.php?external_media_plugin=GooglePickerAPI
to index.php?external_media_plugin=GoogleDrive

So, as you update the plugin, from 1.10.13 to 1.10.14 the google drive plugin stop to work.
I think that this should be reported in plugin description or changelog.
