Google Doc Excel Embedding

Hello,
I have a multiple sheet excel document uploaded into Google Docs. I would like one of the sheets to be visible and functional for visitors to the site. I have read up that I need to make the Google Doc link public and I can see how to publish my Google Doc to the web, but I am still a bit clueless as to how to have the doc usable by website visitors. In other words, Sheet A possesses a table with formulas from sheets B-J. I would like visitors to my site to be able to plug in their respective data in the table and get the applicable answer. Any help as to how I would go about coding this on a page, not a post, would be helpful.
Also, is it possible to not show the excel tab and title of the sheet once embedded?
