If you want the map to take into account the user’s location on page load, please make sure you have enabled the following option in the plugin settings page: “Attempt to auto-locate the user” (see screenshot).

Hi, thank you for the reply.

I don’t want to activate it because, if a user comes from a country where we don’t have any shop, the user won’t see anything around him/her for miles of distance… so the only thinkg is start to zoom for many times till met a shop location….

The great thing would be:

1. the user arrives to the page and see that the brand has many shops…
2. if the user select a shop and click directions to it, only now the starting point has to be the user position….

Well, in this case, if you set up a large enough search radius (thousands of Km.), then everybody should get results no matter where they are, wouldn’t that serve as a workaround?
