    Hi, I am using the shortcodes and all appears fine but I am also having an issue with Google+ count not feeding in – it says ‘0’. I already have G+ API set up for another plugin and data is feeding in fine. I have gone in and set up another application and checked with both keys – both return ‘0’. I have also tried the G+ URL as both the number version and the +name version – again both return 0 can you assist? I saw you asked for a pastebin on the other G+ post so have exported one here… https://pastebin.com/M747E3yD

    Just to add I’ve since followed the instructions on the Github to test what is returned by the API key and one appears to be working fine whilst the new one I created yesterday doesn’t. I’ve reverted the key to the working one which returns "circledByCount": 27040, but the pastebin export is as per my previous comment.

    It happens, sometimes you create a key and it takes it to start functioning.
    Or may have created the key the wrong way.

    But from what I understand it’s all working fine now?

    Hi, no the key is working fine and was created about 2 years ago. It returns the correct data when I do the test in your Github. However, it shows a zero count within the plugin and returns this https://pastebin.com/M747E3yD when I export system info.

    Are you sure you are following the FAQ?

    If you are adding the right key and is returning this 404 error means that then you are wrong in your username/page ID.

    I am really sorry, I rechecked everything and I had typed in the full URL of my google profile rather than just the ID. My mistake – apologies for wasting your time. I haven’t added the counter yet but the system report indicates everything is being returned now.
