    Hi

    We recently updated to version 7.16.2 and noticed that conversion tracking stopped working.

    As such I reverted back to 7.15.1 and conversions are now working.
    In version 7.16.2, event tracking is working however it is not creating a conversion.
    Please can you test this.
    The code calling the event is __gaTracker(‘send’, ‘event’, ‘Form’, ‘Submit’, ‘Finance and Insurance Form’, ’10’, ‘submit’);

  • Also experiencing this issue with 7.17.0 version.

    <script>
    __gaTracker(‘send’, { ‘hitType’: ‘pageview’, ‘page’: ‘about-artisan-colour/contact-artisan-colour/thanks/’, ‘title’: ‘Contact Us Form Thank You Confirmation Page’ });
    </script>

    Could this be related to Custom Code in the Insights > Settings > Advanced tab?

    Some of my custom events have gone down, but the one in the Custom Code has stopped completely. It’s actually no longer appearing in the page code.

    We’re experiencing this issue as well and have been since plugin version 7.16.0. As @aprilholle mentioned, this is still a problem in 7.17.0.

    Could we please get some information about the issue, or at least an acknowledgement that the MonsterInsights team is aware of the issue?

    Peeps, what’s your site URL? Without looking at your page code, it’s difficult to isolate the problem.

    Also, please state how you’re adding the code to the page.

    Hi folks,
    It’s very difficult to be able to help without being able to see how the code is supposed to be fired and so forth.

    I’d recommend reaching out to support team at monsterinsights.com/lite-support and they can help take a look into what the problem might be for your events.

    Will do @chriscct7 – thanks for the response.
