  • Hi @bloggingindian and @dhruvjha

    Please confirm the following:

    1. Are all your non-Yoast plugins and themes also updated?

    2. Can you confirm you are using the most recent Yoast SEO Premium, v9.4.1? If you update, does the issue resolve? This guide explains more about how to update: https://kb.yoast.com/kb/how-can-i-update-my-free-plugin/

    3. Can you confirm you are using WordPress 5.0.3? You can check by clicking on the W in the top left and selecting About. If you need to update, please check with your host provider.?Please know that if you are using an older version of WordPress Core you may experience unexpected behavior with Yoast.?This guide explains more:?https://yoast.com/why-we-dont-support-old-wordpress-versions/.

    4. Can you confirm you add the right variation of your site? It needs be exactly what is shown in the browser. That includes any https and www you may have. If you have NOT added the right variation of your site use this guide: https://yoast.com/wordpress/plugins/seo/add-website-google-search-console/

    5. Can you confirm you have added the right sitemap? It needs to be sitemap_index.xml. This guide explains more: https://kb.yoast.com/kb/submit-sitemap-search-engines/#google

    6. Finally, does clearing your caching from your theme, plugin, server, CDN like CloudFlare or browser and resubmitting your sitemaps resolve the issue? If you are not sure how to clear caching from theme/plugin please speak to those authors. If you want to clear cache from the server, please speak to your host provider. To clear the cache from a browser use this guide: https://kb.yoast.com/kb/how-to-clear-my-browsers-cache/.

    Hello @pcosta88,
    Yes Sir, I am using latest version of WordPress and plugins. Also i have double checked my sitemaps and variation (https and i am not using www). Also cleared cache but nothing updated. I clicked the resubmit filed. nut still same issues.

    @dhruvjha

    We looked at: https://newsmobile.com/sitemap_index.xml and we can see it loads. We also ran a curl check and shows 200 OK. This means Google can crawl and index it. See image: https://pasteboard.co/HWKjOlo.png

    We are not sure why Google is failing to do so. We only know that Yoast is outputting the sitemap as expected.

    We suggest contacting Google for more information as Yoast is outputting it correctly. You may?contact Google by making a post on their forums:?https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!forum/webmasters.

    @bloggingindian and @boyann

    Can you confirm all those six points above? If so, please provide a link to your site.

    i will try now using some other SEO plugin and check whether sitemap it is working or not
    If it works then there is something issue with the plugin or else it’s from google end
