google chrome vs. internet explorer

Hi there,

I am using Virtue Premium by Kadence Themes. I am not sure how to fix this problem, the product titles are not the same font when viewing in google chrome vs. Interet Explorer 8 ( website link below). I am aware of the typography settings in the theme options, but I am not sure why they would be different?

Is there a .css code I could input so that both browsers will use the same font? Thanks in advance.
