Google captcha is not working

You can only use the Recaptcha v2. Have you checked this tutorial : https://help.brevo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360019551939-Add-a-CAPTCHA-to-your-subscription-form ?

This one explains which option needs to enabled to make it work.

Hi Alexis, we are using V2 and still getting the same error in console. The captcha checkbox does not appear on the front-end either.

The sign-up form is at the bottom of this homepage, as well as in a popup : reperpsy.ca

I found the problem : your plugin is not compatible with WP Rocket cache. More specifically, the recaptcha does not work when the Load Javascript Deferred and Delay Javascript Execution boxes are checked. It strangely doesn’t work even if I exclude https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api.js

Thanks. I am happy to see that you could solve that issue. Unfortunately, as the plugin is not compatible with WP Rocket Cache, this one should be disabled to make it work.

Still having same issues with reCAPTCHA. Having to disable one of the most popular cache plugin is not a solution.

I’m about to switch my 600€/y subscription to anything else paying more attention to its customers.

I am having same issue with google recaptcha v3 and wp rocket javascript deferred option enabled. Any idea what helped to make the wp rocket work?

It sadly only worked if I disabled the last two options completely (load JavaScript deferred and delay JavaScript execution).
