Google calender missing events

    I’m using V2.3.4 (though the same thing happened with V2.3.3) and having a problem with getting all events from a Google calendar.
    The ICS is at https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/firstumctipton%40gmail.com/public/basic.ics (I’ve also tried the private version of the ICS link with the same results).

    Recently events stopped updating correctly, and occasionally an event would appear on the wrong day (mostly things in the evening on one day would appear on the next day). I first updated to the latest version which didn’t change anything. Next I removed the calendar feed, and deleted all of the events. Upon setting up a new calendar feed (same ICS link) the import happened, but only events starting on January 20th, 2016 were imported. there are many events in December that simply don’t appear in the Events list or on the calendar page. It also appears to only import one event per day.
    I’ve manually refreshed the feed with the same results. For some reason I cannot get events before January 20th to import. I’ve imported the calendar in Outlook, and the events all appear correctly there, so I don’t think the calendar itself is corrupt.
    This calendar feed was working correctly until recently.

  • I’ve just updated my calendar and it indicates 16 items imported but my calendar says there are no upcoming events?

    I think it may have something to do with the wordpress 4.4 update, but I can’t be sure. I started having this same issue after the update. Luckily our site ins’t live yet so there isn’t much of a problem. However; I hope this is fixed soon so I can continue progress.

    I already mentioned HERE, that “All-in-One Event Calendar” ICS-feed has some problems with WordPress 4.4.

    Everything worked fine until the update to WordPress 4.4 arrived. Now all imported events do not have a valid date and category anymore.
    On a fresh WordPress 4.3.1 everything works as expected – after I made to update to WordPress 4.4 the issue appeared.

    The “All-in-One Event Calendar” Version 2.3.4 is definitely not compatible to WordPress 4.4.

    I managed not to mention in my original post that I’m still running WordPress 4.3.1 on this site. So I’m not convinced this is solely a WP 4.4 problem. I’m going to do some testing on another site over the weekend.

    Having a similar issue.
    Wordpress: 4.4
    All-in: 2.3.4
    Dedicated server running several other sites with the plugin working fine.

    On my older sites my google feeds are fine. On the news sites the goole feeds show listed on the dash panel under “events”, but do now show on the calendar or widget. I have dozens of sites that utilize this plugin and features the same way with no issues.

    I also tried version 2.3.5 using WordPress 4.4.1 – the ICS feeds work now as expected. Many thanks for the update!

    Version 2.3.5 is released, please upgrade your plugin, it should fix this bug.
