Google Calendar Feed will not sync

At one time I had the Google calendar feed working properly but at some point, it disconnected.
I have tried everything — i have refreshed the feed from within the plugin settings, i have swapped the XML path out with the direct URL path, and the ICS path – nothing. The only response i get is the feed error changes from “access denied” to “partial data” being gathered.
The google calendar is owned/administered by someone else and according to them, all public settings are turned on. Any help would be greatly appreciated! This is driving me bonkers!
