• I’m trying to embed a google calendar into a text widget in the home widget section. The calendar shows up but this causes the home widget area background image to not appear. (unless I resize the window… then it shows up but is no longer fixed and is all wacked out)

Any bits of code I can change to get this to work?

Seems to be working fine in Safari. Chrome is messing it up though.

Can you provide a URL so I can debug?

    Thanks!

    It’s being developed at https://bitboyz.com/nalu/

I hacked it and disabled the fixed background for right now in a child theme and made it scroll again. That’s ok for now I suppose. Let me know if you come up with a fix.

    Thanks!

And P.S. – The icons in the footer aren’t showing up either… By “location”, “phone”, “email”… They show up in the wysiwyg customizer, but not on the live site?

The icons for those footer sections are set within the customizer in the “Footer Options” setting.

Please confirm this is where you are editing them. If so, there may be a conflict causing them not to work. If so, I’ll send you my email so I can take a better look.

    Thanks!

Yes, I was editing them in the “customizer”. I got the icons to work. I had to erase the defaults and re-type them in for some reason and they started to work. Some strange bug. Ha. Thanks though.
