    When the user RSVP on my website, he is getting an email with event details and there is an option to add this event to Google Calendar and iCal calendar, when I click on ‘+ Google Calendar’ it is adding the event information to calendar but it is not adding Zoom link to the calendar, if the Zoom link can be added to the calendar, it will be easy for the user to find the event link immediately when he gets notification from Google Calendar. Can you tell me how to include Zoom link also to the calendar, we are currently calling this function,

    tribe_get_gcal_link($event->ID )

  • Hi there,

    When adding the event to Google Calendar, it will include any content added in the event description. I just tested this with a link added, and was able to see this in the event in my calendar after adding.

    I used the following free extension when testing this out, which has an option to add the “add to google calendar” link in the ticket emails.

    If you are hiding the Zoom link from users not logged in, they may need to be logged in while adding the event to their calendar for the link to show in their calendar.

    Hi, I tried adding the link, by logging in into the system, then also I’m not able to see Zoom link in the Calendar.
    Is there any other way I can do this?
