• Just upgraded to 10.9.8 and done my usual tests to make sure its working. All is good except for cancelled bookings.

If customer cancels using link in their confirmation email or if we cancel using backend, or if we just delete the booking, then the backend diary will work fine and is correct, but the booking remains on the synced google calendar.

I have tried to resync from settings and also rechecked and saved all sync settings, but we have to now manually correct the google calendar booking where there is a cancellation.

    Hi,

we made a test and the cancelled reservations are automatically removed from google calendar.

Please share a screen video where we can see what’s happen on your case.

not sure what a video will show??

We have deleted the google OAuth and started with new OAuth. but we now have a new issue whereby a customer booking will apply on the correct calendar, but will also duplicate on 1st calendar.

I.e we have 5 calenders in google – the system will auto book on calenders 2-5 as required, but will now also add a duplicate on calander 1.

If we then cancel the booking via the email link provide to the customer, it will delete the duplicate on calander 1, but not on the correct calander it was applied to.

If I book in backend, then it will create 2 of the same booking on the relevant calander.

But neither will delete the correct booking is this is set as cancelled or deleted fully

I have solved the issue with duplicate bookings – if the Your Google calendars salon setting is left on a specific calendar in my list, then it will duplcate to that cal. I have changed this to “choose among your calanders” and its fine.

but still have the deletion problem. Is there something in the google OAuth that has changed or is not right? Not sure how to resolve other than manually checking any deletion emails.

Have done rollback to V10.8 and have no issues on that version
