Google broken?

Can’t get the API codes. When you go to sign up. you get an error, can’t sign in. Took 3 hours to find out how to get the dam things and you can’t get them.
Tried the e-mail codes but I suppose that’s why I can’t get it to work. Any other way to get the API codes?
