The contact page does not have a breadcrumb title. This could mean that either the page itself doesn’t have a defined title (appears as (no title) in the page overview) or has an empty breadcrumb title. To check the breadcrumb title, please follow the steps here: https://kb.yoast.com/kb/change-breadcrumb-title/#posts

Please note that the breadcrumb title in the contact source code shows as an empty space so if the breadcrumb title appears empty, please click into the breadcrumb title section and use both backspace and delete to ensure everything, even an empty space, is removed before updating the page.

Then use Google’s Structured Data Testing tool to confirm that the breadcrumb code validates with no errors before using the ‘Validate Fix’ button in Google Search Console.

    Hi,
when I look at snippet variables list of yoast, there is so, that the “name” snippet variable regards to “post/page author’s ‘nicename'”, so if I well understand it is connected with the name of an author of an item (post). The snippet variable “title” means name of the post according to yoast.
In google classification “name” means ” The name of the item.”, so it a title of a post (item).

So it looks it is not compatible at all. Is it?

Thank you @amboutwe! Awesome support! I did as you mentioned and while it will take time for Google to re-index the page and show that it is fixed, it is fixed when I inspected the source code. Thanks a lot for pointing me to the right direction. Have a good day!

To fix this problem, go to affected posts and select category, to know more go to > Fix: either ‘name’ or ‘item.name’ should be specified
