Google Authenticator Quit Working

  • I have been using your plugin for YEARS and it’s been working great. Recently, it just stopped working on my two websites. I am getting the following error:

    ERROR: Incorrect username or password.
    2 attempts remaining.

    When I login to my server and delete the plugin, I am able to login. Have no idea what I’m doing wrong…
