Google Authenticator Code not working and unable to access account

Hello,

I have the google authenticator active on my site however the code is not working – I think the link is incorrect and I am blocked from entering my account.

How can I access my wordpress account to remove and reinstall the plugin so that it works correctly? Is there a way to access my database without logging into my wordpress account.
