Google Apps / GSuite Invalid Login

I’ve just installed Postie but am having trouble connecting the self-hosted WordPress to email with Google Apps / GSuite.

I have…
Triple-checked the login credentials.
Tried IMAP and POP.
Ensured that the email account has IMAP and POP enabled.

I found this previous “resolved” support post but am unsure how it was resolved. @colinschwebke

I have checked the mailserver FAQ. Connections seem okay ( IMAP-SSL response is much more verbose but ends with “Verify return code: 0 (ok)” ).

Any clues? Thank you!
