    Hey there!

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Hi, I was able to detect that Elementor Pro is the plugin causing the problem. However, I have reached out to them and they were unable to resolve the issue. But they suggested that I reach out to your support team to check out the compatibility of your plugin with Elementor Pro. They provided these links. Please advice.

    Hey @walterodibi,

I was able to detect that Elementor Pro is the plugin causing the problem.

Looking at your site today for us the GooglePay and ApplePay buttons are actually displaying on the product pages. Something within your WordPress theme or Elementor however is affecting those buttons and making them a very small vertical line.

This is not a compatibility issue related to the Stripe plugin but rather an issue with the WordPress theme you’re using or the Elementor plugin.

We wouldn’t offer support for any WordPress themes or page builder plugins like Elementor Pro and it’s the Elementor team themselves who would need to assist you further to see what within their plugin is preventing the ApplePay and GooglePay buttons from displaying correctly.
