    Hi there,

I checked my google analytics today and noticed that my session and pageview reporting has almost completely dropped off since installing this plugin.

I realise that the script blocker blocked GA cookies BEFORE they press accept. But it appears as though even if people are hitting accept it is still blocking the reporting?

There is no way that many people selected “no” to analytics cookies.

Can you please tell me why this might have happened?
Also what settings I can have on to ensure my google analytics reporting is accurate?
And lastly, how to uninstall this plugin completely if I don’t wish to continue using the plugin depending on your answers?

    Thanks,

    Hi @crystalegan,

    Greetings from Webtoffee!

Sorry for the delay. We couldn’t find the plugin on your site.If the cookies are only loading after geting consent from the user the script blocking must be working fine. If you could reactivate the plugin once again we could debug the issue and provide you a solution soon.
