Google Analytics Settings

Hi,

within the Google Analytics settings, there is the Opt Out setting, where as information is stated “Go through the documentation to check the setup” (see screenshot).
Unfortunately I can′t find anything in the Installation Manual how to set up this correctly, there is only stated that the Opt Out feature is possible.
Where I can find the documentation regarding these settings, please?
