Google Analytics not pulling Ecommerce data

My Google Analytics site is not pulling data from my Ecommerce site, Ecwid. I opened a support ticket on Ecwid as well as on Google Analytics and everything seems to be fine on both their sides. I was wondering if the issue might be on the plugins in my WordPress site.

I added the Global site tag (gtag.js) to a header of my WordPress site months ago.

The “Header and Footer” is installed as a plugin. Could you please let me know if the Global site tag was not correctly added or enabled?

On another note, my Ecommerce website (Ecwid) is also a plugin in my WordPress site. Could that be the issue?
