Google Analytics Missing Transaction

    Hello,

    I have used the google tag manager plugin and have integrated WooCommerce.

    There are missing transactions in google analytics and I am not able to figure out why it’s happening.

    Initially, the setup was done via GTAG (manually), even there we had the same issue, so I used the google tag manager plugin, but the issue hasn’t been fixed.

    Could you please look into it?

    Hi Maykato,

    Thank you for the reply.

    Initially, the setup was done via GTAG (manually), even there we had the same issue.

    And, the order confirmation page is loaded on the page when the user hits submit button, so this is not one of the issues.

    Hey @zain1313,

    One of the advantages of using a paid extension is you typically get access to support. Even though you had trouble prior to using the Tag Manager plugin, you should still be able to get help from their support team now that you’re using their plugin. Since they know more about Google Analytics, they would be in a better position to help you find out what’s going on.
