    Hi,
    I’ve just updated Complianz 5.4.0 to 5.5.1.
I’m using Google Analytics 4 with Anonymisation.
Now, i see a new category “Statistics” in the banner.

But on Cookies Policy Page, there’s no mention of Google Analytics cookies in cmplz-dropdown-cookiepolicy.
    Is it normal ?

    Cookies Policy Page : https://ibb.co/2NcKZwb

    Best regards

    Hi @zougou,

You should indeed see the service. Could you check if the document is still synchronized? You can see this on the page itself, or on the Complianz Dashboard under “Documents”.

If this is the case, please check if you can resync with cookiedatabase.org in the wizard, update the page under Wizard – Documents, and clear caching.

    regards Aert

    Hi,
Yes Cookies document is marked as synchronized.
I did what You suggested (resync with cookiedatabase.org, update document page, and clear navigator caching).
No change, Service Google Analytics was still missing on Cookies policy page.

So I restarted entirely complianz wizard (with erase cookies and rescan in Wizard->Cookies->Analyse).
Now, on my cookies policy page, the list of cookies is empty.

    Hi @zougou,

Could you perhaps provide an URL to the Cookie Policy of this site, so I can have a closer look and check if any errors appear?

    Kind regards,
    Jarno

Sorry I can’t give URL, the site is not live yet.
The site will be live in a few days.

I did a new scan, new sync and now cookies “Complianz” and “Divers” are displayed in Cookies Policy page.
But cookies related to “Elementor”, “Google Fonts” and “Google Analytics” are still missing on Cookies policy page.
Although these services are well displayed in “Wizard -> Description services” and they are all green.

    Hi @zougou,

From your screenshots, it does look like the Cookies & Services are being synced properly.

As the Cookie List was displayed empty earlier, is there any caching functionality or CDN activated on the site? Could you try purging/clearing the cache?

Let me know if you have any updates. You can also reach out via support(at)complianz.io, if you want to privately share an URL.

    Kind regards,
    Jarno

There is no caching functionality and no CDN activated.

Do you think I Should try to reset plugin to default options or desinstall/reinstall plugin ? via Complianz -> Settings menu

Thanks for your email support. If I can’t make this work, I’ll share URL.

    Hi @zougou,

You could always try resetting to default/reinstalling, but this honestly shouldn’t be necessary.

It could be that the scan/sync was not able to detect any of the cookies from these services. You can check whether these are being placed on the front-end, just make sure that you’re allowing all cookies in your browser and aren’t using any script/tracker blocking extensions (such as Ghostery).

We’d gladly have a look at the site. Feel free to reach out to us by email if you want to speed this up.

    Kind regards,
    Jarno

These are cookies placed on front-end when accepting all cookies in banner.
I’m not using any script/tracker blocking in my browser.

    Hi,
I’ve just send you an email with URL to my website.
    Hope you’ll find what’s going on ??
    Thanks

    Hi @zougou,

On your screenshot looks like there are no Analytics cookies set at all. The scan therefore doesn’t detect any GA cookies, as they aren’t there.

Knowing this, you could finish the site and implementation of all of your other tooling first, then setup Complianz and run a scan/sync. That will ensure a correct implementation and that all of the Cookies will be properly detected.

    Kind regards,
    Jarno

Edit: Just after I posted my reply, I noticed that you sent us an email containing the URL. I will have a look at that as well, I didn’t notice it at the time of replying.

Oh ok, so you are telling me to wait that site is online before running Complianz wizard ?

When the website will be online, can you describe me brievly steps to follow with Complianz ?
Should I just go to Cookies, erase them, analyse, and scan ?

For Google Fonts servcies, how come I doesn’t see them anymore on cookies policy page ?
They were well displayed before I updated to 5.5.1

    Hi @zougou,

I will respond to your mail as well, but just to clarify what I mean by ‘running Complianz when your site is ready’:

If your site has active limitations such as Maintenance Mode, the Cookie Scan may not be able to visit these pages, and as a result, it won’t be able to fetch the Cookies set on those pages.

    Kind regards,
    Jarno

    Thanks a lot jarnovos !

I’ll do scan when site will be online.
    I’ll let you know.

    Have a nice day
