    Hi,

I have a problem, when I view my google analytics report, the event of “Ivory Search – Default” is abnormally higher. I’m not sure what causes it. It seems like each and every user that lands on my website, this event will be triggered (regardless if the user interact with it or not).

Furthermore, I don’t have Ivory Search setup on all page. Even the page does not have the ivory search bar, the event will still be triggered.

Does anyone have the same issue?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

Could you please clear and temporarily deactivate the Autoptimize Cache that you are using on your website so that I can troubleshoot it?

Also, could you please share the screenshot of the google analytics report?

For screenshots, you can simply provide a link to an image through Google Drive, Dropbox, screencast.com, https://imgur.com/ or other image service. ??

    Best regards,

Could you please click on the “Ivory Search – Default” link and share the screenshot of the screen that displays what users are searching for?

    Hi,

Here’s the screenshot after I clicked on “Ivory Search – Default”. I installed Ivory Search in less than 1 week, as you can see the spike occurred on around 15-16 Feb 2021

This can be because some bot is visiting the https://www.peoplex.ai/?s= URL on your website causing this to happen.
