    Hi @nesoor,

    Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry about the trouble here.

    It sounds like your GA4 property might have been created under a different Google account than intended, and this Google account is being signed into during the MonsterInsights Setup Wizard.

    Would you be able to try confirming which Google account contains your GA4 property?

    To switch between accounts, visit analytics.google.com then click on the icon on the top right of the page. A list will popup and show you other Google accounts you’re signed into.

    Once you find the property, make a note of the email and then make sure to choose that same email when connecting MonsterInsights to your Google Analytics account at this stage: https://a.supportally.com/K1lG1p

    Hey @devmich
    I am sure it’s the right account because I have multiple properties under one account.
    When I select the account all the properties are shown except the G4 profiles, those aren’t shown.

    I also tried with SiteKit and SiteKit does see the G4 properties.
