    Hi.
I’m trying to put google analytics event sender to function before_submit()
    ga(‘send’, ‘event’, ‘FormSubmit’, ‘click’, ‘C1Form’);
and it isn’t working in any form. Can you help me with that ? How do i implement ga in your form maker ?
    Thank you.

    Hello, @giaz!

Thank you for posting about this problem!

Could you please post the link to the page, where you have published your form? Please add the Google Analytics script to before_submit() or before_reset() where doesn’t work.

We will have a look as soon as possible and try to suggest a solution.
    Cheers!

    Hi.

Right now i have it in https://wygluszanie.eu/, form to the left, in before_form_reset.
Also, i have it in https://bezshuma.in.ua/, which is our playground. It works in before_submit(“fire two”), but i want it in before_form_reset(“fire three”), which is nearest event to “sent_ok”. But there even alert doesn’t work ??

    Hey, @giaz!

    Thank you for the links!

Firstly please note, that before_reset() function runs when users press Reset button on a form. But currently, Reset button is missing from your form.

As for before_submit(), the script worked properly, when our development team checked. Could you please have a look again?

    Thanks! Have a great day!

    Hey, support.

Aw, i thought Reset was an actually reset form fields after successful validation submitting and\or sended email.
Because, you see, its not quite right – to send an event just on submit button because at this point we don’t know if the validation goes right. In Contact form 7 there is “send_ok”, when i already know for sure that is form was submitted right. In your form i cannot past through validation like 10 times and send events to GA all 10 times. Do you have a flag or function at point when everything cool, validation checked and/or email has been sent?
    Thank you.
