Google Analytics doesn’t seem to be activated (statistics category)

    Hello,
    we use Google Analytics on our website, but GA doesn’t seem to be activated when accepting the Statistics category. However it works when accepting the Marketing category. This can’t be the way it should work, can it?

    Hi @mylapo,

    I’m expecting you have marketing/advertising related configuration of ExactMetrics. It’s a bit hard to find in the page source.

    Think about remarketing, setting Adsense ID’s, or cross-domain tracking with UserIDs. Maybe affiliate, or eCommerce events based on user logins etc.

    You can disable the integration under Integrations -> Plugins to see how it behaves without Complianz interference.

    Hi @aahulsebos,

    Thank you. I disabled the ExactMetrics (Google Analytics Dashboard for WP) integration and now it works. We’ll add this to our setup workflow.
