    Hi,

I have Google Sitekit Plugin installed and configured.
the Analytics Property is also created and the Google Sitekit plugin shows connected status.

When doing a page source, no Google Analytics code snippet is found.
We are not getting any data on the Google Analytics Dashboard.
The “Place Universal Analytics code” option is selected.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Thanks for reaching out @pakakk78. I’ve checked your site both manually and by using the tagassistant.google.com service, without noticing any Analytics snippet as you’ve identified. So we can determine more on what may be happening, please share the following:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.?
    2. Was your Analytics snippet placed successfully previously? If so let me know if you may any changes to your theme files, or if you switched themes.

Once we have the above information we can provide some troubleshooting suggestions, which may include using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin to rule our theme and active plugin related issues.

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

@pakakk78 We’ve received a Site Health information form response referencing this support topic. While nothing obvious stands out that may be causing the issue you’re describing I’d be happy to work with you to determine the cause, in particular as you already have the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin active. In order to do so, please follow the steps below:

    1. Login to your live site from a Chrome browser incognito window.
    2. Navigate to “Plugins > Health Check & Troubleshooting > Troubleshoot”.
    3. From the same screen click on the “Available Plugins” tab at the top right and then click on the “Enable” option next to “Site Kit by Google“.
    4. Check does the snippet appear when you check your sites source code. Note that while in troubleshooting mode your theme will switch to a core theme, for you only as a logged in administrator.

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist.
