Google Analytics Checkout Abandonment showing as 100%

Hi, I have the Google Analytics for WordPress by MonsterInsights plugin. I am trying to view the checkout abandonment on Google Analytics but for some reason it is showing as 100%, which can’t be right as we are still getting orders. I’ve attached a screenshot of what I’m seeing here

Is this something I haven’t configured correctly, or am I reading it wrong? I have a goal set up for making payments attached to the thank you page that appears when payment is made.
