    I am getting the WordPress “critical error” whenever I try to upload the json file and save the settings. I have sent in a ticket on my account as I have the Unlimited Sites package, but I haven’t heard back from anyone.

    I’m concerned that after I have purchased this product, that there may not be any support for it, and I’ve spent a lot of time installing and configuring it on my client websites.

  • Sorry about the lapse in support. Its possible that the Google Analytics library doesn’t work on anything older than PHP 7.0. Is it possible this is an older site that is having issues?
