Google AMP URL is self-canonical AMP?

Google Seach Console has completely foxed me today:
1. The NEW Search Console is showing three errors and the OLD version two!
OLD: https://prntscr.com/jz9e8p
NEW: https://prntscr.com/jz9fco2. What is even more confusing is that one of the issues is
“Referenced AMP URL is self-canonical AMP” https://prntscr.com/jz9fco
This error (https://prntscr.com/jz9j6k) relates to this URL on our site:
https://www.spadental.co.uk/plymouth/treatment/crowns/?ampA page, which as far as I can work, out is very similar to the page above
https://www.spadental.co.uk/plymouth/treatment/implants/?amp
does not give an error: (https://prntscr.com/jz9ir1)Any pointers as to what is throwing up the Google error?
