I’ve had a few people report this and I believe the problem lies else where within the hosts in how they have php configured. I’ve been going through hell the last few months because I was diagnosed with cancer, so I can’t recall ATM exactly what it was but I do remember it requiring the host to recompile php to add the other curl feature. There are two curl compiling options and both need to be present.
At the time i found this out i was thinking about switching from using curl to fopen but then my life turned upside down on me.
