Google AdSense states my site is down!

Okay,

For the past month I’ve been stressing about trying to get AdSense working but they keep denying my applications because apparently my website is down.

Here’s the email which they sent me:

Hello,

Thank you for your interest in expanding your Google AdSense account to implement ad code on your own website. Unfortunately, after reviewing your application, we’re unable to approve this application for the time being. Your existing AdSense account that allows you to show ads on partner sites is not affected by this disapproval.

We did not approve your application for the reasons listed below.

If you applied through an AdSense host partner, such as YouTube or Blogger, your hosted site was not available or not found (removed) at the time of the review.

I have the ad code inserted on my site, all of my content (to the best I know) doesn’t violate their rules so what is wrong with it? I have a feeling that it could be the theme I am using but I will refuse to change the theme until it is the last resort.

One thing I find rather annoying is that the email doesn’t go into detail and you are refused email support unless you are earning $25 a week… something I wouldn’t even be able to get close to until I get accepted. I tried the Google forums though I just hit another dead end there.
