Google Adsense not working

Hi – have configured the Google site kit on the site, code is installed, but get message saying not accepted. A link is provided via email to find out why…which leads to nothing. Any help with getting set up much appreciated!
Message I get:
Your site isn’t ready to show ads yet
You need to fix some things before we can connect Site Kit to your AdSense account.The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I was able to locate the AdSense code when viewing your page source. It may just be a matter of awaiting a response from the AdSense network regarding the approval of your site. However, you may need to get in touch with the AdSense Help Center and follow any instructions by email or on your AdSense dashboard. Thank you.
Hi – looks like they don’t even have a way of getting in touch with them? The contact links just lead to another forum…Do you have a way of getting in touch with them?
Here’s the message I get from them:
“Thank you for your interest in Google AdSense. Unfortunately, after reviewing your application, we’re unable to accept you into AdSense at this time.
To see the reasons why we did not approve your application, visit google.com/adsense and sign in using the email address and password you submitted with your application.”
That link, however, leads to another message saying it’s under review, with no information on any reasons divulged. Very confusing/frustrating!

That link takes you to their forum, but there’s not a place to contact them, that’s the issue I’ve been having…Do you know of a way to contact Adsense support directly? Also have you ever seen where Google says there’s issues to fix for approval, but no explanation as to what they are? Thanks!
@jran We work only on plugin support with no direct access to the AdSense team.
No worries, just so frustrating because they’ve emailed with an apparent link to the issues that need to be fixed prior to approval, but it just leads back to the generic Adsense page…and then there’s no way to contact them via phone/chat/email ?? Oh well, thanks anyway.
