Well, finally the problem seems solved.

I want to write here as I proceeded so that it can be useful to someone else:

Given that I had installed the Jetpack plugin and activated the infinite scrolling function.

I turned off the feature, I left the function off for several hours to allow AdSense to “read” the page.

When banners have appeared after about eight hours I tried to reactivate the function and banners remain at last.

For reasons of “speed” to load the blog I still off the function, but wanting once the banners become visible again you can reactivate.

I state that even at the suggestion of @wen-solutions I reported the matter to the AdSense team of engineers, who obviously have rated the site if it was to comply with the terms of use AdSense, but in the meantime, waiting for them to do other checks, the problem was the plugin that created “noise” to other banners of other companies.

Now everything works.
