Google Adsense Not Displaying

Hello. I have been using Google Adsense on my blog for a little over a year now. However for the past couple months my ads have not been displaying.
They either do not show up at all or I get this error message:
https://i773.photobucket.com/albums/yy18/NationPains/Untitled.jpgI have used 5 different adsense plugins and even placed it into the theme myself. I will not work in the posts page or sidebar widgets.
Any advice?
