• Hello, I need to add HTML code right after <head> tag. I couldn’t do it how to do and when I searched it in Google it showed me that theres a plugin made by Google for AdSense. So I installed that plugin but still I am not sure if it actually did anything on this matter. Since it didn’t ask me any code to put into HTML and I can’t see something similar in source mode.

How do I add this code to my WordPress site? I also have MyBB forum, do I also need to add this code to forum too? I want to put ads both on site and forum. Please help.

  • Hi,

Mostly adsense gets added to some widgets to allow placing of the adds probperly. Apart from that, if you have installed the google adsense plugin you should be able to login to your google account and it will pull the data from there.

After you have logged in, you should then enable the ad services.
There’s a post in the google knowledge base here:

    Hope this helps!

It looks like I already logged in and it says your site is waiting to be reviewed. But the thing is I don’t see that code I am supposed to adding in source mode of my site.

How do you edit HTML in WordPress?

I believe the plugin will just grab the code from your google account. If you want to place the ads, there’s a thing foreseen within the plugin itself:

Hmm, so do I need to add this code to other my sites aswell?

Have you figured it out? I am experiencing the same problem…

Yeah you don’t need to add any codes if you have Adsense plugin installed.
That code is basically page-level ad code, not something like registration code.

I did install the Adsense plugin by Google, but when I go to my adsense account on google I still cannot create any ads… It still says ‘we’re reviewing your site’…
