Hi Steve,
thanks for your message.
First of all I need to point out the free version of the plugin doesn’t have the Consent Mode V2 feature available, this specific feature is only for the Premium version of our plugin.
If you don’t see the section “Statistics configuration” after the section “Statistics” is because you already have activated a plugin which is embedding Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager in your website.
The best thing to do to block Google services is to embed them directly with our plugin without using a third-party/manual integration.
So if you want to keep using the third-party plugin you should open ours, go to “Integrations” -> “Plugins” and you’ll need to disable the blue status from there, this way the “Statistics configuration” section will show.
Otherwise you can just completely disable all other third-party integrations from your WordPress website and then you’ll see the section “Statistics configuration” in which you’ll be able to embed your Google ids (remember to choose from the section “Statistics” the option about Google Analytics).
If you want to use Google Tag Manager you’ll need to choose from “Statistics” the related option and then you’ll embed the GTM container id from the section “Statistics configuration”.
Thanks for your patience and have a nice day
