    Hello,

I’ve tried to contact Woo several times about this problem. They don’t have any solutions but would like me to use the forum.

At first glance, google ads charges in a vacuum. So I can’t go on to the next stage.
Several attempts have already been made to disconnect accounts and uninstall them.

    Do you have a solution?

    Thanks to all???

    Hi there @autobikeshop,

I see that you are having issues completing the Google for WooCommerce onboarding, as the connection to your Google Ads account is failing, is this correct?

Can you confirm that your Google Ads account was created by you, and it is owned by your connected Google Account?

Also, is this Ads account shared among any other sites?

Lastly, can you please go to your site’s hidden connection page, which can be found here:
    https://autobikeshop.fr/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-admin&path=%2Fgoogle%2Fdashboard

Then click the “Ads connection status” and share the information that loads at the top of the screen?

    Thank you!

    Hi @autobikeshop,

Thank you for the update. Please try this link instead: https://autobikeshop.fr/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page. Then click the “Ads connection status” and share the information that loads at the top of the screen.

Additionally, please share any logs you find regarding Google for WooCommerce (formerly known as Google Listings & Ads) under your WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Thanks!
