Google Ads: Issue: id never received

    Hi Jan,

    I checked your site and I do see network requests to the Google Ads endpoint Request URL: https://googleads.g.doubleclick.net/pagead/viewthroughconversion/743814362/

    It includes the following paramerter:
    data: event=add_to_cart;google_business_vertical=custom;id=940057

    From here I can see the ID parameter properly.
    Could you call Google Ads support with this info and ask for further details?

    Is it possible that I have to wait for another day to see this working properly? I will contact Google Ads support and ask them for further details. Do I have to set anything else in Google Ads regarding sending GA4 like event parameters?

    *UPDATE
    I got a call with Google and they confirmed everything seems to be working fine. They handed this issue to another team and they will check the problem further.

    Hello,

    after another phone call with Google they confirmed that everything is set-up properly. It was just a matter of some time for data to get refreshed and show properly.
