Hi thank you for this amazing plugin it has so much stuff that it spins your head around from all the options available.

So I have wp+woo+enhanced ecommerce plugin (all seems to be green)

What I would like to set in Google Ads Conversion Tag:

When a purchase is made I would like it to be counted as a conversion.

    What I am currently seeing:

Each click is counted as conversion. Which is not what I really wanted. Ecommerce in GA works fine, it tracks all conversions but thats because I set my goals.

    Bug on page:

I tried to checkout your GitHub repo and button on your page just links to current page you are on vs GH repo.

    Hi,

If your ecommerce tracking is set and working (and I mean you see transaction in your Sales performance report, I usually advise to import this into your Google Ads account instead of using a separate Google Ads conversion code.

    Bug on page

Could you post which page was the one where you experienced this broken linking?

    I’ll give it a try.

Bug: Go to https://gtm4wp.com/ click on github repo button and page reloads, if you go to say documentation or some other page, click on github repo it will reload a page you are visiting.

So I am bit confused as far as how tag manager works for Google Ads conversions. What I see is that it fires up each time someone visits my page from cpc.

Do you know by any chance what setting I need to set, I believe this comes from tag manager setting more than your plugin..

Here is what I have set, I just removed the “all pages” yesterday

All I really want to track is checkouts (purchases)

The Google Ads Conversion Tracking tag should have a trigger that is catching the Page View event and only when Page URL or Path Path contains order-received

The All elements is a click trigger, it will fire each time a user clicks on any element, neither of the tags on your screenshot should be fire on that event. Your conversion tracking should only fire when your order received page loads, the Conversion Linker and GA pageview should fire on All pages

Ty, with the tag debuger I have more idea on how all works. I also fixed the issue with using ecommerce with your plugin only.

Thank you. much appreciated and you are truly awesome for sharing all this + sending support.
