google ads are not shwoing on desktop version

i have asked in gen support also, but i believe this has to do something with the plugin,

hi, we are facing really starnge issues, google ads are not shown to desktop visitor, and due to our niche most of traffic is coming from desktop users only, we are not able to figure which plugin is at fault, as on mobile device ads are showing properly.
