  • Hello,

Can you give more information about the integration?
For example, are you using a plugin? or via GTM (Google Tag Manager)?
I guess what you are trying to include is the tracking code to measure campaign performance, right?

A basic integration usually does not cause many problems. There are some plugins, such as SiteKit, that allow you to connect your Google Ads account with WordPress. It also allows you to add Google Analytics code.
I leave you a guide for the implementation of Google Ads using SiteKit

    Hope it helps,
    Have a good day ??

Hellou, I was trying to start advertising campaign via https://ads.google.com/. Without any WP plugin integration. I will try SiteKit tomorrow. Many thanks

No way – The web address cannot contain a path (example.com/path) or a subdomain (subdomain.example.com). So i have subdomain…

@burina55: I can’t make a head or tail of anything you’ve said in your three posts.

If you want to run a paid search campaign with Google Ads (not to be confused with monetizing your site with Google AdSense), you’ll create your entire ad in the Google Ads platform, and that should have nothing to do with your WordPress site.

The only time your WordPress site comes in is you want your ad’s landing page to be a page on your WordPress site. But even then the only “integration” is to enter the URL of your WordPress site’s landing page and into your ad settings.

Which is why I’m confused what “bugs” you’re referring to.

Or is Google rejecting the URL you gave as your landing page in the ad settings? If so, there could be a million reasons for this, including non-technical reasons. You’ll have to give us the URL of the landing page in question so we can test it for you.

There are some plugins, such as SiteKit, that allow you to connect your Google Ads account with WordPress.

That would be Google AdSense account (for publishers to display ads on their sites), not Google Ads (formerly AdWords, for marketers who pay Google to run ads for on Google.com and AdSense partner sites).

I created entire ad in the Google Ads platform

Because there could be a million reasons (they called it “unwanted software or potential/malicious links”), so I wrote to google support. They sent me list of bugs…

So it’s your landing page that Google doesn’t like… since that’s the only “integration” between your Google Ads campaign and your website.

If you need us to help you troubleshoot this, please give the URL of the landing page that you entered in your campaign settings (which is what Google is rejecting).
