Goods included

Is there a way to create a Goods included section with check boxes like the features heading. .

Right now you have details which sort of lists all the details of the house.

Then below that you have features.

Not to sure how it is in other areas around the world. But in Manitoba/Canada they have Goods included and features separately.

Goods Included: Alarm system, Garage door opener, Storage Shed

Features: Air Conditioning-Central, Deck, High-Efficiency Furnace, Microwave built in, No Pet Home, No Smoking Home, Sump Pump

Goods included would be something you don’t take when you move, like an alarm system, a fridge, a stove.

Features are considered things extra like air conditioning a built in microwave. Kinda like things that not all homes would have.

My client would like these two separate.

Right now I can only add goods included under the Details section, but if I add to many it bunches it up and extends that column.
