I’m using GoodBye Captcha on a multi site WP installation. I installed this plugin and MailChimp for WordPress plugin at the network level, activated them and then went to “Settings” at the site level to set the two plugins to work together to fight spam in MailChimp subscriptions. But after a couple of weeks, we’re getting spam again. The Reports area shows no activity. I am also running Sucuri Security and when I updated GoodBye Captcha, I saw that there was an issue with Sucuri. Did I install the plugs ins correctly? Was Sucuri interfering with GoodBye Captcha?

  • I had same issue and I solved it by whitelist the goodbyecapctha request in Sucuri Firewall. The issue is fixed in this 1.1.11 version and works well.
    Hope this help

    Hi,
This was caused by Sucuri Firewall and the issue is already solved in version 1.1.11.

Thanks for the link to the plugin. This Thread came in handy for me. Now I’m looking for effective solution to fight spam – everything I tried before still missed the spam anyway.
