Good working – availability of services shared

A rather good working plugin with very good support. Some things I was missing.

“The default behavior of the plugin is to share the availability between the services in the same calendar. This means that if the service “A” is booked at “11:00” then the time “11:00” won’t be available for other type of services. […] The solution to be able to apply that configuration over the same calendar is a commercial feature”

This message on the support page made me understand that I have to pay in order to use the selection of services in one calendar.

In order to inform users that their message has been sent a second page has to be defined. I would prefer a javascript solution on the same page for a message – type of “Your message has been sent. Thank you very much!”

I have to look for a solution that pages with a reservation calendar are not slowing down page load time. As I do not know the reason yet, I exclude this aspect in my rating.

Planning time slots with padding time and the function “Generate time slots automatically based on service duration” did not work for me. But after having unchecked this function I was able to plan my slots.

OVERALL RATING:

A good working free solution for reservation. The support is great – even for users of free version. I would like to use the commercial features too for developing my sites – but limited amount of websites in the Platinum bundle stopped me.
