Good Theme. Terrible Support.

    Colorway is agreat theme. with very few problems.

    But, Do not count on their theme support team for any answers on this free version of their theme.
    The one time I did get a reply it was very rude    .

    You can tell a lot about a Company by the way they treat you in a free theme atmosphere. Funny thing is I was willing to by the Pro version if it offered some things that my client needed. They wouldn’t even answer that question.

    Before I ever pay for a theme I try out one of their free Themes to see how the support is before I invest my clients money. Inked Themes is definitely scratched off my list of Valuable WordPress products. Makes me wonder how many other possible clients they have lost out on.
